Brian Doner
Administrator

Executive Director : LNHA

Brian Doner serves as the Executive Director of Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center, where he is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents and their families.With over a decade of experience leading strong, diverse teams, Brian is committed to fostering a supportive environment grounded in respect, collaboration, and excellence. The care andhappiness of residents drive his work each day, andhe is humbled to serve residents and their familiesduring important transitions in their lives.​

Brian is a proud father of two Wyoming college students, Shane (23) and Reece (20). He and his wife have had the privilege of living in Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, and have proudly called Casper home for the past 19 years. His wife is a second-grade teacher,and together they are deeply connected to thecommunity they serve.​

Rachel Harris RN
Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing

Rachel Harris is a seasoned nursing leader with more than 12 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, and clinical leadership.

She began her career at a Level II Trauma Center in Washington State, where she advanced through roles including Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, and Nurse Manager. During that time, she helped develop clinical policies and led hospital-wide fall prevention efforts that were later adopted company-wide.

In 2024, Rachel moved to Wyoming to be closer to family and served as Manager of the Wound Care Program at an acute rehabilitation hospital, where she implemented a fall reduction program that helped decrease overall falls.

Rachel joined Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center in 2025 as Director of Nursing. She is committed to resident-centered care, strong teamwork, staff empowerment, and creating excellent outcomes for residents and families.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys overlanding and outdoor adventures.

Cassy Campbell
Admissions Director

Admissions Director

Cassy serves as the Admissions Director at Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and CareCenter, where she is passionate about helping residents take the next step toward returning home. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology,she brings a thoughtful and compassionateapproach to her role, supporting individuals andfamilies during important transitions. A proudmother of three, Cassy enjoys spending her timeoutside of work camping and creating lastingmemories with her family. She loves what shedoes and finds great fulfillment in helping othersget the boost they need to move forward.​

David Diaz
Human Resources

Human Resources Director

David serves as the Director of Human Resources at Casper Mountain, bringing a people-first mindset and genuine care for both staff and residents. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Social Work, further strengthening his passion for supporting others. Outside of work, Davidenjoys golfing, collecting comic books, playingtrivia games, hiking, and spending qualitytime with his kids. He takes great pride in the residents at Casper Mountain, often sharing that they are some of the sweetest people in the world.

Brenda Denver
Activities Director

Activities Director

Brenda is a dedicated Activities Director, proud mother of four, and grandmother to three wonderful girls. She has been happily married for 33 years and has spent over 14 years working at Casper Mountain, where she truly loves what she does.Brenda brings warmth, experience, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful experiences for others.

Erika

Staff Development and Infection Control

Erika is a registered nurse with five years of experience in the U.S.Navy, specializing in critical care and pain management. She earnedher degree in Florida and recentlyrelocated to Casper, Wyoming. Erika now serves as the Infection Prevention and Staff Development Nurse at Casper Mountain Rehabilitation, where she is dedicated to supporting safe, high-quality care for residents and collaborating with her team.

Baylie

Medical Records

Baylie is a dedicated Director of Medical Records, born and raised in Casper, Wyoming, with a background in occupational therapy. She brings both clinical insight and strong organizational skills to her role, supporting quality care and accurate documentation. Outside of work, Baylie enjoys spending time with her kids and seeking out new travel adventures whenever she can.

Monica Miller BSN, RN, CWON

Admissions and Wound Care Nurse

Monica Miller is a dedicated nurse with over 15 years of experience, specializing in wound care. She earned her nursing degree from Idaho State University in 2011 and has since worked across a variety of healthcare settings, with a primary focus on healing chronic wounds. Monica became wound care certified in 2018 and completed her ostomy certification in 2019. She has a passion for problem-solving and describes her work as “being a detective” when it comes to helping patients heal. Monica is proud to be part of the Casper Mountain Rehab team, where she feels valued and appreciated.

Melissa

​Assistant Director of Nursing

Melissa is the Assistant Director of Nursing with over 13 years of experience in dialysisnursing. She is deeply committed tocreating a safe, comfortable, and homelikeenvironment where residents feel trulycared for. Melissa is passionate aboutsupporting both residents and staff, andshe strives to foster a positive, respectfulatmosphere where everyone can thrive.

Jamie Robertson

MDS Nurse

Jaimie is a compassionate and detail-oriented MDS nurse dedicated to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Known for her accuracy, attentiveness, and warm approach, she takes pride in supporting residents, their families, and fellow staff members. Outside of work, Jaimie enjoys fishing, camping, working with epoxy creations, playing poker, and making meaningful memories with her family—especially her grandkids.

D’Anthony Smith

Business Office Assistant

D’Anthony serves as the Business Office Manager at Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center, where he oversees billing, resident accounts, and daily financial operations. Known for his attention to detail and accuracy, D’Anthony is a goal-oriented professional dedicated to maintaining efficient and reliable business office processes. His commitment to operational excellence ensures consistent support for residents, families, and staff, helping create a smooth and dependable experience for all.

Shani Thomas

Dietary Director

Shani Thomas is the Director of Dietary at Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center, bringing over six years of experience within the dietary department. For the past two years, she has led the team with a strong commitment to quality nutrition, consistency, and resident satisfaction. Shani takes pride in creating a welcoming dining experience that supports the health and well-being of each resident.

She is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where staff and residents thrive, proud to contribute to everyone’s well-being.
